GSH Group acquires two multi-family communities in the Greater Detroit area for a combined total of more than $200 million

CLAWSON, Mich., February 8, 2022 /PRNewswire/ — GSH Group, one of the nation’s fastest growing multi-family real estate investment firms, recently purchased two multi-family apartment communities in the Greater Strait region. Both from the same seller, the combined purchase price is greater than $200 million.
